Botox Drooling Therapy

My husband had Parkinsonism, as related to Primary Progressive Aphasia, and had 6 Botox injections into his salivary glands to control his drooling. Within 2 days he could not swallow at all. He was admitted to the hospital and had a PEG tube placed. For some reason, there was a complication with the feeding and he aspirated, developed pneumonia and died. This was 16 days after the Botox injections.
