6 months ago my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer with brain mets(cancer). She has had chemotherapy and radiation to the brain. The doctor said that her brain function should improve after treatments however that doesn't seem the case. Her memory, coordination, common sense, and hearing are getting worse each day. Does anyone know why or is this something to expect with stage 4 cancer? Thank you for your assistance.
