Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I developed CTS when I was 23 yrs. old. I was working in a resturant where I live. One day I was carrying something,and my fingers went numb. Pain went all the way up to my left shoulder. It was painful to move my arm. I went to my family physician. He gave me a brace to use. To this day I still have problems. The only thing I can do is to take pain medication.
