Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I am a 50 yr. old female. I have cubital tunnel syndrome in right elbow. I have had an EMG.
My ulnar nerve is damaged really bad. I need to have surgery. What is the recovery time?
Also, I found out that I damaged my Rotary Cuff in Shoulder and I have a Herniated Disc in
Neck. Need to have surgery with that as well. Any websites would be greatly appreciated
