Cephalic Disorders

I have a 10mth old girl. She is the surviving twin cause the other died at five months gestation. After birth my girl was diagnosed with microcephaly and neurological migration disorder. She also had neonatal seizures Presently she is taking a medicine and has been diagnosed as having also cerebral palsy. She is very stiff and lacks eye to hand coordination.
