Uncontrollable Head movements

Am always ask if I am shaking my head no but am not even aware that I am doing so as been going on for quite a few years now could this be dystonia has anyone else had similar problems according to my husband it is worse when i am tired and if it is is there anything i can take to help??

I have cervical dystonia, and it is a very painful disorder. You have uncontrollable head movements, but you also have alot of pain with muscle spasms. You may also want to consider parkinson's disease.
