Essential Tremor

Here’s my story. I was diagnosed with essential tremors in April 2004 I was 40 years old then. I was in my 20’s when I noticed my hands would shake but I didn’t pay it no mind. Like everyone I have my good days and my bad days. I not only have tremors in my hands I have them in my head,mouth,arms,stomach,and legs. ive had et since i was 20 was thinking i had all sorts of illness i never told no one no one but my self i was really down depressed scared wondering what i had untill i searched the net and i knew i had et ime 28 now and went drs after it was taking over my life 8 long years i kept this to myself often crying myself to sleep at night dr gave me some tablets beta blockers which help still to this day ive not told no one living it a secret having et does take controll of you i cant do nothing somdays like going up tp a bar and asking for a drink i can feel my head ,hands starting to shake i cant eat in a restarant
