Essential Tremor Brain Stimulus Surgery

I’ve had ET for at least 15 years and am now 76. Four years ago I had the Brain Stimuls Surgery at Barns Hosp. in St. Louis. It somewhat controls tremors in the right hand. I’m contemplating surgery for control in the left hand. Is there anyone out there who has had a second surgery?
