Essential Tremor

My 6 year old son has recently been diagnosed with essential tremor He began with a mild hand tremor on the left side. It has since become more obvious and now affects both hands. He also has a voice tremor. He is a beautiful child, but he is becoming aware of the fact that he has more of a challenge physically than other children his age.
