Essential Tremor

I’m 54, female, and have always been nervous. Lately I’ve noticed tremors in
my hands, my head, and my voice. I also have a history of seizures so I am going for a complete neurological workup next month. I also feel like I’m shaking inside. I went to the emergency room, and they seem to think it’s essential tremors. I’m glad they don’t think it’s Parkinson’s, but this certainly is no picnic either.
